Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Worcester, MA

Job Responsibilities Assist dentist during clinical procedures including restorative, endodontic, extractions, and prosthodontic treatments Prepare and disinfect operatories before and after each patient Take and process digital X-rays Perform sterilization and maintain infection control protocols (CDC & OSHA compliant) Set up instruments and materials for procedures Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, and chairside support Chart dental procedures accurately in dental software Educate patients on post-operative and oral hygiene instructions Maintain inventory and order dental supplies as needed Ensure a positive, calm, and professional patient experience Qualifications Dental Assistant certification (or equivalent experience) X-ray certification (required) Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures Experience with digital dental software preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor Pay: $24.63 - $29.67 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 â 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Work Location: In person
