Job Title: Pediatric EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) – Full-Time or Part-Time. Location: Hamilton, OH. Compensation: $35 per hour, plus monthly production bonus. About the Practice: Our client is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join their growing pediatric dental team in Hamilton, Ohio. The team prides itself on professionalism, teamwork, and delivering the highest standard of care. Position Details: Schedule: Full-time or part-time positions available. Pay: $35 per hour. Bonuses: Monthly production bonus. Benefits: Full-time (30+ hours): Full benefits available after 60 days of employment. Part-time (25–29 hours): Partial benefits available after 60 days of employment. Responsibilities: Perform EFDA duties, including placing restorations and assisting the dentist during pediatric procedures. Provide coronal polishing and other preventive services to young patients. Ensure patient comfort and create a positive experience for children and parents. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all infection control and safety standards. Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to deliver efficient, high-quality care. Qualifications: Current EFDA certification and license in the state of Ohio. Coronal Polishing certification required. Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude.
