STABLE Orthodontics is an independent, boutique orthodontic office specializing in managing dental health of children. We proudly care for patients in a welcoming environment, and we strive to create positive interactions that will enhance our community. STABLE Orthodontics is growing! We are actively searching for an individual to serve as a concierge to coordinate communications with patients and families at our office. The ideal candidate is dedicated to the care and happiness of our patients, has a friendly and approachable demeanor, is organized and detail oriented, and who can prioritize completing tasks. Major Duties and Responsibilities Welcome patients and families warmly and check them in/out for appointments. Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and office email communications with pleasant greetings and using professional language. Navigate and utilize electronic patient management software. Book, confirm, and organize meetings and appointments. Manage mail and deliveries and maintain office supplies. Verify insurance benefits for patients who will present for initial examination. Verify health history is completed for patients prior to initial examination. Generate reports and follow-up with all potential leads, referrals, and marketing efforts to aid in the acquisition of new patients. Maintain confidentiality of patient information. Minor Duties and Responsibilities Participate in strategic planning meetings and help execute growth initiatives. Assist in scheduling, planning, and participating in local marketing efforts and community events. Assist in creating, managing, and posting to social media accounts for the office. Assist with taking payments for outstanding balances. Skills and Abilities Exceptional work ethic, trustworthiness, and attention to detail. Friendly/bubbly personality. Fast-learner, team player, and adaptable to change. High emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with people. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure all communications are error-free. High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize work. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 â 32 per week Benefits: Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Work Location: In person
