Dental Assistant - Entry Level (Paid Training & Growth Path to Orthodontic Assistant - Great for a Gap Year Position!) We are looking for a Entry Level Dental Assistant in Orthodontics who wants more than âjust a jobââsomeone who wants to build a career in orthodontics with a clear path to becoming an Orthodontic Assistant or growing into other clinical/administrative roles. Career Development: Clear growth opportunities toward: Orthodontic Assistant Records Lead Other clinical or administrative roles Supportive, High-Quality Practice: Warm, respectful, team-oriented environment where people stay, grow, and thrive Modern, Digital Practice: Work with iTero scanners, digital X-rays, and advanced orthodontic technology What Youâll Do - Youâll play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our clinical area safe, clean, and efficient by: Maintaining strict sterilization and infection control protocols (OSHA-compliant) Cleaning and turning over treatment rooms between patients Organizing, sterilizing, and tracking instruments and supplies Capturing digital records (we will train you), including: Digital photos iTero scans X-rays Uploading and organizing records in our practice software Assisting with patient flow and supporting the clinical team as needed Youâre a Great Fit If You: Are dependable , punctual, and take pride in doing things the right way, every time Are organized and detail-orientedâeven when things get busy Enjoy working on a team and contributing to a positive, patient-focused environment Are comfortable with technology and open to learning digital tools/software Want to build a long-term career in orthodontics, healthcare, or dentistry Have experience in sterilization, dental/medical assisting, or healthcare ( a plus, but not required ) Preference will be given to candidates with a current dental assistant license and radiology certification. We are still happy to train the right candidate with an excellent attitude and strong work ethic.
