Orthodontic Assistant Location: Primarily East Cobb (GA) with travel to our other offices in Decatur, Cumming & Norcross About Us: Our orthodontic team is dedicated to creating confident, healthy smiles in a fun and efficient environment. Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated Orthodontic Assistant who is comfortable assisting in treatment, traveling between locations as needed, and working closely within a tight-knit team. Responsibilities: Chairside assisting for orthodontic procedures (e.g., bonding, debonding, archwires, appliance adjustments) Taking impressions, digital scans and X-rays with confidence Educating patients (and parents) on appliance care, hygiene and treatment expectations Supporting treatment planning, tracking appliance progress, and assisting both doctor and front-office staff Being proactive in setup, cleanup, sterilization and supporting clinic flow Travel between locations when needed — flexibility is key Being reliable: first to arrive, last to leave when needed Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish & English) required Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate) X-ray certification required Coronal Polishing Certification required (per GA regulations) gdha+1 Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Detail-oriented, organized, genuinely enjoys working with patients Schedule: Full-time (and possibly part-time) opportunities available.
