About the Job: Dr's Fuhst-Wylie & Kahn, Family Dental Care has a part-time opportunity available for an individual to join our close-knit team. This is a unique position to begin as a âRoverâ (sterilization technician) with on-the-job training provided to ultimately become a dental assistant. Could that person be you? If so, then we want to hear from you! Clinical Rover Duties : Assist Hygienists and Doctors prepping and cleaning operatories between patients. Bring patients back to the operatories, take blood pressure and check health history. Maintain sterilization lab and instruments to the highest standard. Stock and clean as needed. Maintain lab case management system. Any additional support the team may need. Benefits (after 90 days): 80 hours PTO + Paid Holidays. Simple IRA with up to 3% match. Continuing education stipend. $300 Quarterly Bonus. Dental care (less lab fees) for you and your immediate family. Requirements: Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive. Team player who enjoys helping wherever needed. Calm and focused under pressure. Dental experience a plus, but not required. X-ray certification preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
