Steady Dental is a fun, cozy, single-doctor dental practice in Fridley, MN, and we are looking to hire a full-time Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)! The ideal LDA candidate is upbeat, positive, willing to learn and grow with the practice. We are a small team, and we work together to help the practice run smoothly. Responsibilities include: —Preparing patients for treatment, engaging them with conversation to feel welcome and comfortable —Assisting the doctor during various procedures, including oral surgery and endodontics —Ensuring proper sterilization of instruments and equipment —Maintaining ordering systems —Supporting the daily operations of the dental practice, including covering front desk as needed Qualifications include: —Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure collaboration with the dental team —Experience in dental assisting daily tasks, including chairside assistance —Attention to detail and excellent work ethic —Current Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) certification in accordance with MN regulations —CPR certified Benefits include: —401(k) with match —2 weeks of PTO —Free basic dental care —Major holidays off with pay —CE that is mandatory will be paid —Hourly wage based on experience We welcome your application, and look forward to hearing from you!
