Hudsonville Family Dentistry is looking for both an outgoing and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and patient centered practice 3 days per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays. No evenings or weekends. We have a very low turnover rate and excellent reviews - we are proud of our team and look forward to adding to our dental family! We are seeking a professional who is committed to quality treatment and customer service with an outgoing personality, outstanding customer relation skills, and excellent multi-tasking skills. Responsibilities: - Conduct dental cleanings - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care - Perform dental charting and take digital X-rays - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Administer local anesthesia under the direction of a dentist - Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow Skills: - Proficiency in medical imaging and digital X-rays - Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols - Ability to assess vital signs and conduct patient assessments - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality - Comfortable working with pediatric patients and adapting care to their needs - Strong medical documentation skills for accurate record-keeping Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on patient care, professional growth, and teamwork.
