Orthodontic Assistant (Part Time or Full Time) We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, hard working, Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic and fun team! As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Jessica and her team , helping to improve the smiles and overall oral health of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting during orthodontic procedures, providing patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of our orthodontic practice. Check us out on Instagram to learn more about our team: @thebracesmom Key Responsibilities: Assisting Dr. Jessica during procedures such as braces adjustments, placement of appliances, placement of Invisalign attachments, and wire changes Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments to maintain a clean and safe environment Taking patient records, including X-rays, scans, and photographs Educating patients on oral hygiene and providing helpful tips for maintaining braces or other orthodontic appliances Scheduling appointments and managing patient records in our practice management software Assisting with other administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the practice Qualifications: Prior orthodontic experience is a MUST Fast learner Can follow instructions Have a good positive attitude Intuitive work ethic Works well with others of all ages and backgrounds Interpersonal skills Motivated team player Dependable and hardworking Energetic Organized Detail oriented Wants to have fun and smile Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
