Duties will include but are not limited to: Assisting through procedures in areas of the clinical space in efforts to support and anticipate clinical team needs Operatory breakdown, sterilization, turnover and preparation Assisting providers in various dental treatment procedures Patient scheduling Phasing treatment plans with providers Updating and maintaining patient records Digital radiographs and intraoral digital scanning Following organized systems and protocols for optimal results Lab tracking and management systems Contributing to supply and inventory management systems Adhering to an individual assigned standard work procedure (daily/weekly/monthly) Adequate dental knowledge, communication and terminology Has a strong desire to contribute to a high level of quality patient care and patient experience Coronal polishing and sealant certifications Flexibility with work schedule when team member/s are absent *Hours for this position may look like the following: Mon 9:00am-6:00pm, Tues 8:00am-5:00pm, Weds off/floater, Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-2:30pm.
