Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hard working Dental Hygienist to join our dental clinic team. We are open to new students or experiences hygienists to be part of our friendly and focused team! Smile Time Dental is a growing office with over 20 year experience in the dental industry. Utilize medical imaging technologies to capture diagnostic images. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans. Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans based on assessments. Collaborate with dentists and other staff to provide comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Qualifications Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry. Familiarity with dental terminology and medical coding is preferred. Experience with patient care in a dental clinic setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of systems related to dental hygiene practices is an asset.
