The ideal candidate will provide quality oral care and hygiene services to our patients, promoting excellent dental health. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct dental cleanings and assist dentists during procedures - Perform oral health assessments and take patient medical histories - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques - Administer local anesthetic and apply cavity-preventive agents - Take dental x-rays as needed (Dexis) - Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems like Dentrix - Sterilize dental instruments and equipment as needed **Requirements:** - Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program - State licensure as a Dental Hygienist - Proficiency in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and dental coding - Knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures - Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team At Bella Smiles we take pride in the positive reviews our patients have given us as a result of our hard work.
