What You’ll Do As a valued member of our clinical team, you’ll help keep our office running efficiently while providing exceptional patient care: Assist the orthodontist chairside during procedures, including braces, retainer fittings, and wire changes Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments and materials ahead of each visit Keep dental instruments clean, organized, and sterilized according to safety protocols Take clear and accurate digital X-rays as directed Maintain patient records and assist with charting during and after appointments Support the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow Follow all infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and team members What We’re Looking For You may be a perfect fit if you bring: Some chairside experience in a dental or orthodontic setting (school or externships count!) Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of orthodontics A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset Good communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused approach Organization, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy office Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a bonus, but not required
