JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a perio-focused practice providing high-quality preventive and therapeutic care. COMPENSATION: $45-52.50 +20% commission on incremental production. Educate patients on oral health, proper home care techniques, and preventative strategies. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and charting. Support and participate in the hygiene recall program to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate respectfully with practice managers, front desk staff, and clinical team members. Use proper communication and escalation channels to maintain a positive, team-focused culture. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate from accredited dental hygienist program. Active Dental Hygiene License in New Hampshire. Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration, or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to educate patients and promote oral health. Commitment to professional growth and contributing to a supportive team environment. EXPECTATIONS This role offers schedule flexibility, leadership opportunities, with 90-minute appointments allowing for thorough, personalized treatment. You will manage your own schedule, take an active role in treatment planning and patient education, and have a direct influence over your income through patient engagement.
