We are looking for a reliable, proactive Dental Assistant to help us launch our practice in Danville. Who we are looking for : We are looking for a Dental Assistant (DA) with some prior experience (1+ years preferred) who is comfortable with digital X-rays and chairside assisting. RDA license is a plus. If you are organized, kind, and know your way around a sterilization center, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities : Clinical Assist: 4-handed dentistry (suctioning, passing instruments) for general procedures. Imaging: Take digital X-rays (Sensors/Pano) efficiently. Sterilization: Manage the autoclave and ensure strict infection control protocols. Patient Experience: Make patients feel comfortable and ease dental anxiety. Requirements : 1+ year of Dental Assisting experience preferred (or a very sharp recent grad). Comfortable with technology (We use Digital Sensors & Cloud Software). Valid / Active CPR license Reliable and available to start in January 2026. Pay is based upon skills and experience.
