Employment Type: Part-Time (3 day) transitioning to Full time. 

Our growing dental practice is looking for a Motivated, Reliable, and Punctual Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a professional and welcoming environment.

The Opportunity

We are currently operating on a 3-day part-time schedule. However, as we continue to expand our patient base and services, we are actively working toward becoming a full-time office. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in growing with us and transitioning into a full-time role as the practice expands.

Key Requirements

• Reliability: You are the backbone of our clinical flow. We need someone who is dependable and consistent.

• Punctuality: Respect for our patients' time is a priority; arriving on time and ready to work is essential.

• Motivation: A proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of a growing practice.

• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in standard chairside assisting, sterilization, and dental software (Dentrix) 

• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered demeanor.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.

• Setting up and breaking down operatory rooms efficiently.

• Taking high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays).

• Managing infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment.

• Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
