We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated junior Dental Assistant to join our team part-time. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, organized, and high-performing practice that values both clinical excellence and team culture.

📅 Schedule

• 2-4 days per week
• Must be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
• Possible 1-2 Saturdays/month

🦷 Clinical Responsibilities

✔ Assist doctor chairside during a variety of procedures
✔ Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
✔ Take diagnostic X-rays
✔ Perform coronal polishing (must be licensed)
✔ Maintain accurate and thorough clinical notes
✔ Ensure smooth patient flow and turnover between appointments
✔ Follow infection control and OSHA protocols
✔ Assist with oral surgery and endo cases when scheduled

💻 Required Hard Skills

✔ Coronal polishing certification (required per state guidelines)
✔ Digital X-ray proficiency
✔ Experience with Dentrix
✔ Comfortable working in a paperless office
✔ Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
✔ Strong understanding of sterilization protocols

✔Front office experience is a plus
