General Dentist with Experience Required - Clove Dental - Oxnard, CA

We are looking for an experienced dentist who is comfortable with all general dentistry in our Ventura County location (Mostly Oxnard, Riverpark). We have been established for over 30 years. The days to cover are as follow: Wednesdays: All. Thursdays: Two a month. Saturdays: Two a month. Pay: As compensation for all services rendered by Dentist, Company will pay Dentist an amount equal to the greater of: (i) 30% of the amount produced for the prior two weeks based on the payroll cycle by Company while Dentist is actively employed and which results from dental treatment performed by Dentist at the Office less lab fees and patients refunds (“Earnings”); OR (ii) a minimum daily pay payable in accordance with Company’s standard payroll schedule. Signing Bonus Company shall pay a significant bonus (often several thousands) based on days joining Continuing Education Company agrees to grant CE units through Clove Dental University for completion of CE courses Malpractice Starting Year 3, Clove Dental will grant a $1,000 a year stipend for malpractice insurance at the Company’s discretion Clinical Support and Doctor Experience: We have created the best environment for you to grow and perform each day.
