DENTAL CARE KALAMAZOO IS LOOKING FOR A DENTAL ASSISTANT! Location: Kalamazoo, MI $16.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience Performance Expectations: Perform effective patient communication and accurate patient education. Take high-quality diagnostic digital radiographs. Exhibit excellent assisting skills in four-handed dentistry. Review patients’ health history and update all necessary information. Keep the operatory clean and well organized. Essential Functions: Establish trust and care in all patient interactions. Assist the Doctor in all operative procedures in a professional manner. Ensure that patients are properly dismissed to the front office staff. Monitor the schedule for changes and facilitate time management. Success Patterns for this Position Are 1-3 years of dental experience. A reputation for excellent demeanor with patients and colleagues. Has contributed as an individual and as part of a team.
