Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Westwood, NJ
Job Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator to join our family run dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office management software, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. We work Monday through Friday, 8:45- 6 , with some early mornings and 1 late night per week till 8 pm, totaling approximately 35 hrs per week. The compensation rate ranges from 20-30 dollars per hour depending on experience. We are closed on weekends. Our main location is Westwood, NJ and we have a satellite offices in Fort Lee and Clifton. T he ability to work in all 3 locations is required for the position.
