Lakewood Ranch Endodontics is seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy, private endodontic specialty office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a positive patient experience. Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth office flow. Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and handle email correspondence promptly and professionally. Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Multitask efficiently, handling front desk duties while supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience (required). Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, PBS Endo) and general office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office). Self-motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in dental office administration is a plus.
