Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following: Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and effectively Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and financial arrangements Verify insurance and assist with financial consultations Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey Travel between our Willow Street and Lancaster locations as needed Qualifications: You will be required to possess the following: 2+ years of experience in dental or orthodontic front office (orthodontic experience preferred) Proven ability to present treatment plans and discuss financial options Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting Reliable transportation for travel between locations
