Position Type: Full-Time Position Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5pm (Lunch: 12pm-1pm) Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care. The Dental Assistant will play a key role in supporting our doctor and ensuring an efficient, positive experience for every patient. Benefits Competitive compensation package PTO and paid holidays Office bonus program Dental care covered at 100% Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during a full range of dental procedures, including general, cosmetic, and specialty treatments Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments according to sterilization and infection control protocols Capture and process high-quality dental radiographs (X-ray certification required) Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our digital system Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process Collaborate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams to support seamless office operations Qualifications Dental X-ray certification required (Florida) Basic clinical dental assisting experience is required; however, we are open to training the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude (New or upcoming Dental Assisting graduates are welcome to apply!)
