Richmond Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team! The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for new patients who are seeking orthodontic treatment. The Treatment Coordinator will ensure the patient and their family are well informed by answering all questions related to the treatment plan and corresponding fees. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, solution focused and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: · Educate and discuss the Orthodontist's treatment plan and present estimates of treatment costs with the patient in an effective manner · Obtain high treatment case acceptance by thoroughly explaining treatment plans, cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and finance options · Create and maintain thorough and accurate patient records · Ensure prompt and professional patient communication · Establish professional relationships with referring doctors and prospective orthodontic patients · Assist the front desk with answering phones, scheduling appointments and other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: · Outgoing, friendly personality with a team-oriented mindset · High level knowledge of Orthodontics and associated treatment planning preferred · Strong written and oral communication skills · Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail · Ability to articulate techniques utilized in the Orthodontic field and treatment plan presentations preferred · Knowledge of dental insurances and financing options preferred · X-Ray Certification preferred but can be obtained post hiring Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Orthodontic: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
