About Us: We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice in Indiana, committed to providing high-quality care in a friendly and professional environment. We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team and support our growing patient base. Position Overview: We are looking for a full-time RDH who can help deliver comprehensive general dentistry care. While 1 year of experience is preferred , we are open to candidates who are licensed in Indiana and ready to jump in. You’ll work in a supportive team environment, utilizing Eaglesoft and assisting with a range of procedures. Responsibilities: Perform general dental hygiene care including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), X-rays, and basic restorative support. Assist with general procedures such as fillings as needed. Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft . Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Collaborate with the dental team to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction. Qualifications: Licensed Dental Hygienist in Indiana . Minimum 1 year of experience preferred , but all licensed candidates encouraged to apply. Familiarity with Eaglesoft a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Comfortable working a 4-day workweek . Compensation & Benefits: Pay and benefits based on experience. Production bonuses available. Supportive, team-oriented environment.
