Position Details Schedule: Part-time, Wednesday, Thursdays: 9 am to 5pm Fridays: 9 am to 4pm 1st and 3rd Saturdays: 9 am to 2 pm. Compensation: $50–$65 per hour, based on experience Practice Type: Pediatrics & Orthodontic Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to pediatric and orthodontic patients Perform cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and preventive services Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care Support efficient patient flow while maintaining a calm, reassuring chairside presence Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Qualifications * Active Maryland Dental Hygiene license Current CPR/BLS certification Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills with patients, parents, and team members Warm, bubbly personality with a positive attitude and strong chairside presence Positive bedside manner with a calm, friendly, and reassuring approach Reliable, punctual, and organized, with pride in delivering high-quality care * Able to work comfortably and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Why Join Our Team Friendly, professional, and supportive work environment Consistent part-time schedule Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to work with a team that values quality care and mutual respect Location: Brandywine, MD If you are a dental hygienist who takes pride in your work and enjoys making a positive impact on patients and families, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
