What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Knowledge of chairside assisting, instrument setup, and sterilization Experience with digital X-rays and Eaglesoft a plus Strong communication skills and a warm, professional chairside manner Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a busy practice Responsibilities Include: Assisting the dentist during procedures Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Taking digital X-rays and impressions Sterilization and infection control Communicating treatment information clearly to patients in both English and Spanish Supporting a positive patient experience from start to finish Why Join Our Practice?
