We are looking for someone who brings great energy and clinical excellence to the office. The Role As our Part-Time RDA, you will be the right hand to our doctors and a comfort to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Clinical: Chairside assisting for restorative and cosmetic procedures, taking digital x-rays/CBCT, and intraoral scanning. Sterilization: Managing infection control protocols and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment. Patient Care: Greeting patients, reviewing medical history, and providing clear post-op instructions. Who We Are Looking For License: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Certifications: X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, and current CPR certification. Attitude: A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Experience: 2 years preferred, but we are willing to train the right personality! Tech: Experience with Dentrix and digital sensors is a plus. The Schedule Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Compensation & Perks Pay: $26- $31 per hour (based on experience).
