Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Private Practice (Kennewick, WA) We are a privately owned dental practice in Kennewick , conveniently located off Steptoe & Clearwater , seeking an experienced Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Position is open immediately. Our practice is in a newer, modern office and supported by a positive team of 3 great dentists . Qualifications: · Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required ·2 + years of dental assisting experience (preferred) · Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented · Kind, hard-working, and professional · Strong communication and teamwork skills · Accuracy and common sense are a must Responsibilities: · Chairside assisting during general dental procedures · Preparing treatment rooms and patients · Taking dental X-rays · Sterilization and infection control (OSHA compliance) · Charting and documentation · Providing excellent patient care and comfort · Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment Compensation & Benefits: · Part-time position · Consistent schedule with strong work–life balance · Dental benefits for you and your immediate family · Private practice environment (not corporate) If you’re an experienced RDA looking for supportive, stable practice in a modern office, we’d love to hear from you.
