Our well-established family dental practice, serving the community since 1976, is currently seeking a dedicated dental hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral hygiene treatments for patients of all ages on a part-time basis. Conduct comprehensive oral examinations, including screenings for oral cancer and periodontal disease. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide tailored oral health instructions. Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) as required. Collaborate with the dental team to create individualized treatment plans for patients. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Assist with dental procedures as needed, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technologies. Requirements Active dental hygiene license in Oklahoma. Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in dental software and digital radiography. Commitment to providing outstanding patient care. Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow within the dental field.
