Job Overview FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST AT CHILDREN'S DENTAL OFFICE. Looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist who is highly organized and customer focused to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of dental office operations, dental billing, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Bilingual abilities and clinic experience are highly valued to ensure seamless patient interactions and office workflow. Office sees patients on Monday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday 8am to 3pm, Wednesday 8am to 3pm, Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm. Duties Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Verify insurance eligibility Verify Medicaid Main Provider Send pre-authorizations to insurances Go over treatment plans with patients Collect payments Confirm appointments and hit schedule goals.
