Overview Takashi Shigihara Dental Corp. â California Dr. Takashi Dental Group is a patient-centered dental practice seeking a motivated and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly and professional team. Position Details Position: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Schedule: Full-time preferred (36+ hours/week) Location: San Mateo, California Start Date: Flexible Responsibilities Assist the dentist during clinical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take and process dental X-rays (as permitted by RDA license) Support patient comfort and education Maintain accurate clinical records Follow all infection control and safety protocols Qualifications Active California RDA license (required) X-ray certification (required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Highly self-motivated with a warm, friendly, and easygoing personality are a must.
