What You’ll Do: Sure, you’ll be charting, setting up operatories, and perfecting your ‘dental chair ninja’ moves—but more importantly, we need someone who knows how to show up with heart, help wherever needed, and make patients feel like they’re in the best hands possible. Provide empathetic chair-side support to our Dentist and Hygienists, including charting and patient education Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a welcoming, efficient operatory Take and process X-rays Maintain accurate records and treatment plans per Dentist’s instructions Keep operatories and equipment clean and sterilized Track and prepare lab cases in advance of daily schedules What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for that rare combo : someone with hustle, heart, and a hunger to grow.
