Full Job Description – Dental Front Desk / Cross Trained Beautiful patient-centric Dental Practice is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, organized individual with an energetic fun-loving personality to join our practice. Our practice is known for providing outstanding, high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and provide an exceptional first impression. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and present treatment plans. Check patients in and out, process payments, and perform light cleaning duties. Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling is required. Ensure the overall patient experience is positive by maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Requirements: Experience : 2 years as a dental receptionist. 2 years of RDA experience 2 years of knowledge in dental terminology. 3 years of computer skills. Experience with Dentrix (2 year required). Skills : Team player with adaptability to change. Excellent communication and phone etiquette. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to greet patients with a positive attitude and warm smile. Willingness to be flexible and accommodating to patient needs. Dental Assisting License and experience. Schedule : Monday : 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Alternate Wednesday, Saturday : 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM May be subject to change depending on business needs.
