Job Summary We are seeking a master esthetician and Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist dentists during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols. As an esthetician you will also make commissions and tips. Duties Providing Chemical peels, HydraFacial, microneedling, etc. Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and confirming visits. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure all dental instruments are sterilized and organized according to infection control standards. Handle administrative tasks such as managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment. Support the front desk with reception duties when necessary, including greeting patients and answering phone calls. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology, medical coding, and vital signs is advantageous. Knowledge of endodontics and general dentistry practices is a plus. Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental software for managing patient records is desirable. Understanding of infection control protocols within a dental clinic setting is essential.
