Dental Assistant - Clubhouse Pediatric Dentistry - Rexburg, ID

Clubhouse Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a reliable, friendly, adaptable, self-motivated, quick-to-learn part time possibly working into full-time dental assistant to join our team. Our office specializes in children's dentistry. Dental assistants should be patient, well-organized with great attention to detail and have excellent communication and people skills. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required . This position is currently from 7 AM - 6 PM, 2-3 days a week, around 15-20 hours, with the possibility of more hours in the future. Candidate must be available to work full day shifts in their entirety with a flexible M-F daily schedule. We look forward to meeting you! Some duties and responsibilities include: Cleaning patient's teeth using dental instruments Preparing patients for treatment or checkups and ensuring their comfort Setting up instruments, equipment, and materials Taking and processing x-rays Charting and recording treatment information in patient records Sterilizing instruments Assisting the Doctor chair-side Cleaning and stocking the office Note: Please be aware this position requires traveling to our other locations in Jackson Hole, Wyoming (transportation provided) as well as Idaho Falls up to once a week.
