Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Surgical Assistant with at least 5 years of experience in a dental setting —preferably in periodontics, oral surgery, or implant dentistry—who is ready to learn, lead, and grow into a leadership role . This is a unique opportunity to work directly with board-certified periodontists and transition into lead surgical assistant responsibilities after mastering our protocols and philosophy of care.
