Chairside Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Play a key role in a patient-centered, team-focused dental practice. Pay is $24-$28/hr based on skill competence and experience. We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Chairside Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our dental team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work, values teamwork, and takes pride in supporting both patients and providers in delivering high-quality care. You’ll work closely with the dentist and hygienists to ensure each patient visit runs smoothly in a positive, organized, and supportive environment. What You’ll Do Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Perform expanded functions as permitted under Indiana state regulations Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for procedures Take dental X-rays and assist with imaging as needed Maintain sterilization processes and follow strict infection-control protocols Assist with impressions, temporaries, and other clinical tasks within scope Accurately document procedures while maintaining HIPAA compliance Support patient comfort, communication, and education throughout visits Help maintain efficient clinic flow and teamwork across the clinical day What We’re Looking For Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) with Indiana radiology license Knowledge of general dentistry procedures and dental terminology Previous chairside dental assisting experience strongly preferred Experience with dental imaging and sterilization protocols Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Benefits & Perks 401(k) with 4% company match 2 weeks PTO Paid holidays Free on-site dental care for you, your spouse, and your children Continuing education to support your professional growth Clinical scrubs provided 4 day work week Why Join Us?
