Responsibilities: - Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Take and develop dental X-rays - Sterilize and maintain dental instruments - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring impressions and fabricating temporary crowns - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using patient management software - Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role preferred - Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures - Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry - Familiarity with dental software and basic computer skills - Ability to take accurate dental X-rays and perform basic laboratory tasks - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and dental professionals - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail If you are a dedicated Dental Assistant looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we invite you to apply today.
