Job Overview Now Hiring a Dental Assistant! Looking for a motivated Dental Assistant. Experienced candidates are preferred, but we are happy to provide training for individuals who are new to the field or career change and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will support the dental team in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Duties Assist the Dentist during procedures and examinations. (General dentistry and Endodontics) Prepare treatment rooms. Take and develop dental X-rays while maintaining proper radiation safety measures. (training provided if needed) Sterilize and maintain instruments following infection control protocols. Provide chairside assistance during procedures, including four-handed dentistry techniques. Manage patient flow and provide excellent chairside support. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times. Update patient charts and records accurately: Experienced preferred but not required with Eaglesoft.
