Dental or Medical assistant for ORAL SURGERY OFFICE! We are looking for a compassionate, caring, motivated, detailed, hard working, and thorough ORAL SURGERY assistant with a positive attitude to be part of our team. MUST Speak and Write English Fluently!! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Responsibilities include: - Assist the oral surgeon during oral surgery procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures - Take and develop dental x-rays - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Provide patient education - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Schedule patient appointments Experience: - Proficiency in software for appointment scheduling and record keeping - Knowledge of medical documentation practices and procedures - Understanding of infection control protocols in a dental setting - Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge - Experience with medical coding for insurance billing purposes - Ability to perform patient assessments and take vital signs - Knowledge of medical imaging techniques, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) - Proficiency in aseptic technique for maintaining a sterile environment Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent experience - Current certification in dental radiography (X-ray) preferred - Excellent communication & WRITING SKILLS IN ENGLISH - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills This is a great opportunity for a Dental OR Medical Assistant to join our team.
