Stability you can feel: Office Manager with 30+ years; many clinical team members with 10 to 20+ years Owner-dentists are a father-and-son duo (high standards, relationship-first care) Supportive 3-person front office team (Office Manager + you + another Front Receptionist) Efficient, upbeat morning huddles and productive team meetings - we work hard and respect each other Steady new-patient flow and a high-quality new-patient protocol Comprehensive general dentistry: in-office implant placement, CBCT imaging, Invisalign/clear aligners, oral sedation, veneers, root canals, and more Systems you can trust: Dentrix (PMS) + Practice by Numbers for analytics, reputation support, and two-way texting/recalls PPO-focused (HMSA and Delta/HTS heavy). No Medicaid.
