Our patient-focused dental practice in Woodbridge, VA is expanding and currently adding three (3) Dental Hygienists to support our growing schedule. What You’ll Do Perform preventive and periodontal hygiene procedures, including scaling and root planing Apply dental sealants and assist with preventive education Prepare, clean, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Support clinical flow by assisting with room setup and patient readiness Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth appointments Utilize dental laser technology (training provided if needed) Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow practice protocols What We’re Looking For Active Dental Hygienist License (Virginia) Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively Strong communication and patient-care mindset New graduates are encouraged to apply.
