Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Las Vegas, NV

Must be available to work on Saturdays. Responsibilities and Skills Create a welcoming and positive patient experience through excellent phone communication and warm, professional interactions. Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and accurately collect and document patient information to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up. Manage cliniciansâ schedules using the practice management software in a way that supports productivity and a great patient experience. Assist walk-in patients and callers by providing timely, accurate, and friendly information. Schedule patient appointments and provide reminders, including confirming appointment time, date, and office location or directions. Maintain accurate patient financial and personal records while properly utilizing office software. Communicate clearly and kindly with the team regarding schedule changes, patient concerns, and office needs. Collect and enter initial demographic and clinical patient information into patient records. Help ensure quality patient care and that the office operates in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Assist the Supervisor or Manager with administrative duties and special projects as needed. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with patient records. Ability to build positive, collaborative working relationships with management and team members.
