Registered Dental Assistant (RDA / EFDA) – Dental Instructor Opportunity Hillsborough, NJ | Central New Jersey Towne Centre Family Dental in Hillsborough, NJ (Central NJ) is hiring an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or EFDA to join our growing team— with a unique opportunity to also serve as a Dental Instructor / Dental Assistant Trainer for our new NXTLevel Dental Assisting Academy , opening this Spring. This hybrid role combines hands-on clinical dental assisting with teaching and mentorship in a 10-week accelerated dental assistant training program operating directly out of our modern dental practice in Central New Jersey . Qualifications CDA or RDA certification required Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene program Strong communication, organization, and technology skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Prior experience as a Dental Instructor or Dental Assistant Trainer is a plus International Dentists residing in the U.S. encouraged to apply Schedule & Benefits Flexible hours Monday–Thursday Every Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience) Benefits include 401(k), PTO, and vacation Why Join Us?
