We are in search of an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to provide outstanding service to our great patients. We seek an eager, service-oriented Patient Care Coordinator who excels in: Providing a 5-star service approach to patient care Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Creating connection & relationships with others Ability to manage the phone & schedule for optimal productivity Time management & computer skills Mastery of dental insurance verification, coding, billing & explanations 2+ years of proven administrative experience in a private dental practice (REQUIRED) Multi-tasking, problem solving and getting things done Dental assistant looking to become an admin tea m member?
