We are a modern, boutique orthodontic practice seeking a polished, service-driven, and detail-oriented Patient Experience & Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is equally passionate about delivering an exceptional patient journey and supporting clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Excellence:

• Assist the orthodontist chairside with efficiency and precision across a variety of procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards
• Capture digital impressions, X-rays, and clinical photography
• Assist placing and removing orthodontic appliances (brackets, wires, Invisalign attachments, etc.)
• Maintain impeccably organized, fully stocked treatment rooms
• Guide patients through oral hygiene and appliance care with clarity and confidence

Patient Experience:

• Serve as a welcoming first impression, ensuring every patient feels valued and at ease
• Coordinate scheduling with a focus on flow, efficiency, and patient convenience
• Manage phone, email, and in-office communication with professionalism and polish
• Support insurance coordination and financial discussions with discretion and clarity
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring a seamless, elevated office experience

What We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
• Experience in a patient-facing or hospitality-driven role is a strong plus
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask fluidly
• A poised, polished communicator with a naturally warm demeanor

• Highly reliable, organized, and committed to excellence
• Willingness to travel between our Manhasset and NYC locations
