Qualifications Previous dental/surgical experience is preferred; familiarity with oral surgery is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include: Assisting during surgical procedures (implants, extractions, bone grafts, etc.). Sterilization and infection control. Preparing treatment rooms.
