Requirements of the Dental Hygienist: State of Wisconsin Hygiene license (RDH) required Current CPR certificate (BLSC) required Current on Hepatitis B vaccination Ability to administer local anesthetic Ability to take digital x-rays We desire our Dental Hygienists to have: Exceptional patient service skills Proper assessment of current Perio state Able to educate patient why we're recommending treatment needs Case acceptance Ability to relate well to a wide variety of people Reliability and dependability Ability to maintain confidentiality Good judgment and decision making abilities Great computer skills – knowledge of Dentrix helpful.
