As an RDA with our amazing staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our families have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door, while collaborating with our doctors and amazing front office staff. Daily Responsibilities: Assist the dentists during a variety of treatment procedures Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions/scans (iTero preferred) Educate families on holistic treatment plans Prepare and organize instruments and materials for each procedure Maintain a sterile and clean working environment Deliver and instruct on Invisalign® aligner protocols Support Myobrace® appliance fittings and guidance Required Skills: Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA ) license in the state of CA Knowledge of dental terminology Ortho Experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Experience with Invisalign® and Myobrace® systems Proficient with iTero scanner and aligner workflows What We Offer: A supportive and positive work environment Recently renovated start of the art facility Potential monthly bonus Opportunity to grow with a successful holistic dental practice Be a part of an office that parents are truly thankful to be apart of
